At this point, your job is done!
We do the rest of the heavy lifting to get the loan closed, from document collection and underwriting, to funding the loan at closing. We are in the business of funding loans, so if your prospect is a serious investor with a good deal, they WILL receive an extremely competitive loan offer from us! If/when that loan closes (sometimes within days but usually within a few weeks), you will be paid your referral fee.
