We are private money lenders actively seeking to fund solid real estate deals, both residential and commercial. We invest in private mortgages because we are seeking safe returns on our capital secured by real estate. Because we are private lenders, our underwriting and document collection is less extensive than traditional lenders. We just need to do enough due diligence to become satisfied that our capital will be repaid, and you will successfully complete your deal. That is our definition of a win-win. We currently have more capital than deals on which to lend, so we are seeking new and experienced investors, contractors and developers with solid deals who we can lend to over and over again.
